Jackson Lewis Adds Veteran In-House Litigator From Macy's

Law360 (April 17, 2019, 5:36 PM EDT) -- Jackson Lewis has boosted its ranks in St. Louis by hiring a seasoned employment litigator who spent more than 20 years as an in-house lawyer for retail giant Macy's. 

David E. Martin brings keen knowledge of the retail sector and 26 years of experience dealing with employment matters, including wage-and-hour class actions and mass arbitrations, Jackson Lewis PC said recently.    

Martin told Law360 on Wednesday that while he loved working at Macy's, he wanted to use his knowledge in the labor and employment arena to represent a broader spectrum of retailers.
