Law360, Chicago (February 27, 2012, 8:30 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge on Monday sentenced contractor AZ Corp. to pay $100,000 as punishment for handing an illegal $50,000 gratuity to a U.S. Army sergeant in exchange for his help securing trucking and transportation work at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan.
