Law360, Newark (November 14, 2017, 10:33 PM EST) -- Defense counsel challenged Tuesday how a New Jersey federal judge deviated from a model instruction in telling jurors to continue deliberations in the bribery trial of Sen. Bob Menendez and a Florida ophthalmologist, but the jurist said he is not bound by the model charge.
