Justices Asked To Back Toss Of Tribal Casino Challenge

Law360, New York (September 13, 2017, 1:28 PM EDT) -- The federal government and the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish band of Pottawatomi Indians on Monday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a D.C. Circuit decision that backed a law that blocked a Michigan man’s challenge to the tribe’s casino project.
