By Andrew McIntyre ( January 31, 2018, 5:49 PM EST) -- BlitzLake Partners is looking to sell a Lakeview, Illinois, apartment building that includes a Target store, and could get $60 million or more for the property in a sale, Crain's Chicago Business reported on Wednesday. The firm has enlisted CBRE Group Inc. to sell the seven-story property located at 3200 N. Clark St., Crain's said. The building includes a 29,000-square-foot Target as well as 90 apartments, according to the report....
