From NJ To Texas: How The Courts Fared At The Fed. Circ.

Law360 (February 21, 2018, 7:04 PM EST) -- The differences between the Federal Circuit’s most-reversed and least-reversed district courts run far deeper than their success rate on appeal.

On one side is the District of New Jersey, which was affirmed at a 90 percent rate — the highest of any district that saw 20 or more Federal Circuit reviews over the past three years. On the other is the Eastern District of Texas, which had a 56 percent affirmance rate, according to a Law360 study of Federal Circuit rulings from 2015-17.
