Stay Lifted For End Touches On Flying J, Shell Deal

Law360 (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The bankruptcy court overseeing the Chapter 11 case of oil company Flying J Inc. has agreed to lift the automatic stay in the proceedings so that Shell Oil Products U.S. can complete the subdivision of property it sold to one of the debtors nearly four years before the bankruptcy filing.
