Solvay, Unimed Sued Again Over AndroGel Deals

Law360 (May 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Solvay Pharmaceuticals Inc. has been sued again over allegedly illegal agreements with drugmakers including Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. to keep generic versions of the testosterone drug AndroGel off the market — the seventh private suit concerning the deals since the Federal Trade Commission took Solvay to court in January.
