FTC Officially Probing Facebook's Data Privacy Practices

Law360 (March 26, 2018, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission confirmed Monday that it is investigating Facebook’s data privacy practices, as authorities around the globe kept the heat on the social network for allowing Trump-campaign-linked research firm Cambridge Analytica to misuse harvested data on up to 50 million Americans.
