Chicago Officer Who Dragged Man Off Plane Sues United, City

Law360 (April 10, 2018, 4:19 PM EDT) -- A former member of the city of Chicago's aviation police who dragged a passenger off a United Airlines flight in an incident that grabbed national headlines last year is suing the airline and the city in Illinois state court, saying he was improperly trained to deal with unruly passengers.
