Law360 (May 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has approved the selection of a United Food and Commercial Workers pension fund as the lead plaintiff, and the firm Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP to serve as lead counsel, in a putative securities class action over alleged omissions in financial information for Chesapeake Energy Corp.
