FTC, Wholesalers Amend AndroGel Complaints

Law360 (May 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission and three drug wholesalers representing buyers of the testosterone supplement AndroGel have filed second amended complaints in their suits against several drugmakers claiming patent settlements over the drug thwarted competition and denied the buyers cheaper generics.
