NJ Tennis Center Scores $5M Construction Defect Verdict

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 8:28 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey jury has found three companies involved in the construction of a tennis center liable for $4.9 million in damages as compensation for the malfunction of a portion of the facility's structure, determining the companies were negligent in its construction, the plaintiff's law firm announced Wednesday.
