Bloomberg, Workers Move For $54.5M Settlement In OT Suit

Law360 (June 19, 2018, 10:17 PM EDT) -- Bloomberg LP and a class of help desk representatives moved for a $54.5 million settlement in New York federal court Tuesday in a suit alleging the company wrongfully excluded them from overtime pay, according to the joint motion for settlement.
