Gibson Dunn Prevails In Flag Telecom Doc Spat

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Shareholders in a long-running securities action against executives of bankrupt Flag Telecom Holdings Ltd have lost in great part their bid to force Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, the company's former counsel, to hand over case documents the firm claimed were shielded by attorney-client privilege.
