Insurance Co. Must Cover Contractor In Sports Complex Row

Law360 (August 17, 2018, 3:29 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge has ordered Mt. Hawley Insurance Co. to cover a contractor in a lawsuit alleging a breach of contract in the construction of a sports complex, ruling that the policy's exclusions don't free the insurer because a subcontractor may be responsible for the alleged damage.
