Union-Run Pension Fund Balks At Quebecor Plan

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A pension fund representing the interests of some of Quebecor World (USA) Inc.'s union workers has filed an objection to the confirmation of the printing giant's reorganization plan, arguing that the plan improperly seeks to discharge any liability the reorganized company could incur if it withdraws from the fund.
