BofA Wins $19M In Fees In AEP Natural Gas Case

Law360, New York (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has awarded Bank of America NA $19.7 million in attorneys' fees, a hefty bonus on the $411 million in damages it won after litigation with AEP Energy Services Gas Holding Co. over an interest in 55 billion cubic feet of natural gas formerly owned by Enron Corp.
