By Andrew McIntyre ( October 15, 2018, 8:04 PM EDT) -- Florida-based Midtown Capital Partners has picked up a Miami retail center for $78.2 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Monday. The deal is for Downtown Dadeland retail center, which has 126,000 square feet across seven buildings and also includes a parking garage that has more than 500 spaces, the journal said. The seller is a joint venture of PEBB Capital and Duncan Hillsley Capital, according to the report....
