U.S. Electronics Sues Rival For Stealing Sirius Business

Law360, New York (October 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A consumer electronics company has filed a lawsuit against rival Directed Electronics Inc., saying it got satellite radio giant Sirius to go along with its anti-competitive tactics to establish dominance in the satellite receiver market.

The lawsuit, filed by U.S. Electronics Inc. Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleges that DEI has inferior products, but now dominates the market because of its anti-competitive behavior.
