Suit Alleges J.P. Morgan Failed To Pay Overtime

Law360, New York (October 9, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. has become the latest investment bank accused of failing to pay its brokers fair overtime wages as the target of a lawsuit seeking class action status that alleges the company’s overtime policies violate the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The suit alleges that J.P Morgan failed to pay its brokers appropriate wages for overtime hours.
