Law360 (April 5, 2019, 9:26 PM EDT) -- A California jury on Friday found that Johnson & Johnson's talcum powder does not contain asbestos and rejected a man's claims that his use of the company's products had caused his mesothelioma.
After deliberating for less than a day following a roughly five-week trial, the Long Beach jury returned with a unanimous verdict in favor of J&J unit J&J Consumer Inc., rebuffing Robert Blinkinsop's claims, according to a J&J spokesperson and an attorney for Blinkinsop.
