Law360 (April 22, 2019, 4:38 PM EDT) -- Auto parts manufacturer Robert Bosch LLC told a New Jersey federal court Friday that other emissions-cheating lawsuits against Fiat Chrysler and Ford don’t help drivers pursuing consolidated class claims that Bosch teamed up with BMW on emissions-cheating software in vehicles.
Bosch filed a letter with U.S. District Judge John M. Vazquez, insisting that the drivers in this case don’t have enough evidence or facts backing up their claims that Bosch colluded with BMW of North America LLC to put so-called defeat devices in the German automaker’s diesel vehicles to cheat regulators’ emissions tests.
