Insurer Sues NJ Firm Locked In Malpractice Fight

Law360, New York (August 25, 2009, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The Navigators Insurance Co. has filed suit against Scarinci & Hollenbeck LLC seeking a judgment that it does not owe coverage under a $5 million professional liability policy in connection with an underlying, $24 million real estate-related malpractice case against the New Jersey law firm.

The complaint, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, also names attorneys Joel Glucksman and Frank Kapusinski as defendants.
