NY Judges Split On Post-Cyan Discovery Stays

Law360 (August 7, 2019, 8:17 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Tuesday halted discovery pending a decision about whether to dismiss allegations involving an initial public offering, the latest in a string of disparate rulings as state courts wrestle with an issue the U.S. Supreme Court introduced last year.
