Home Health Care Co. Slapped With Wage Suit

Law360, New York (October 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former home health care worker for Patient Care Inc. has filed a lawsuit alleging the company didn’t pay overtime and failed to comply with minimum-wage laws.

The suit seeking class action status, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, names the company and John Does, who are officers, directors and managing agents of the company who participated in the day-to-day operations of the company and allegedly acted intentionally and maliciously.
