Ex-NFLer To Disgorge $19M Over SEC Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 3:32 PM EDT) -- Former Dallas Cowboys player Michael Kiselak has agreed to disgorge more than $19 million in a suit brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission accusing Kiselak and his company Kiselak Capital Group LLC of investment fraud.

The former Cowboys center entered into a motion for final judgment with the SEC on Friday, pending the approval of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, for allegedly misrepresenting how money he solicited in an investment scheme would be invested and promising high returns....
