Mortgage Loan Officers Renew Cert. Push In OT Suit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A group of Freedom Mortgage Corp. loan officers and processors has renewed its bid for class certification in a suit accusing the lending company of violating federal and state labor laws by denying overtime compensation.
