Rival Disclosure Statements Approved In Trump Ch. 11

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A federal bankruptcy judge has approved for adequacy two rival disclosure plans in the Chapter 11 case of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc., despite objections from the debtors.

In a hearing held Wednesday, Judge Judith Wizmur of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey approved the two plans, one from the bankrupt company and one from an ad hoc investors committee, according to a entry on the docket report.
