Judge Scraps Agent Orange Claims V. Chemical Cos.

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009, 8:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has scrapped at least eight lead plaintiffs in a 30-year-old multidistrict litigation against Dow Chemical Co., Monsanto Co., Uniroyal Inc. and a host of other companies named in a lawsuit over leaky barrels of the Vietnam War-era herbicide Agent Orange.
