NJ Firm Says Insurer Must Cover Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2009, 12:00 PM EDT) -- New Jersey law firm Scarinci & Hollenbeck LLC has urged a federal judge to dismiss a suit brought by Navigators Insurance Co., which is seeking a judgment that it has no obligation to cover the costs of defending a $24 million real estate-related malpractice case.
