Managers Eye Conditional Cert. In Enterprise FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 5:54 PM EDT) -- A group of current and former assistant branch rental managers for Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co. Inc. are seeking conditional certification for a proposed collective action accusing the company of failing to pay them overtime.

The plaintiffs filed a motion for conditional certification Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where multidistrict litigation is pending over whether the rental car giant misclassified its assistant managers.
