Stryker, Execs Indicted For Bone Device Sales Fraud

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 7:19 PM EDT) -- Stryker Corp. unit Stryker Biotech LLC and four of its current and former executives are facing charges that they fraudulently marketed devices used in invasive bone surgeries, federal prosecutors in Massachusetts announced Wednesday.
