CUNY Must Face Fired Professor's Retaliation Claims

Law360 (September 28, 2020, 8:13 PM EDT) -- The City University of New York must face a former professor's retaliation lawsuit, a New York federal judge has ruled, finding she made enough of a case to proceed with claims that she lost her job because she accused university officials of disability discrimination.
