Ryan Beck, Workers Seek OK On $1.3M FLSA Settlement

Law360, New York (November 4, 2009, 5:34 PM EST) -- Ryan Beck Holdings Inc. and a group of employees suing it for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act have lodged a joint motion asking a New York federal court to conditionally approve class certification for the purposes of executing a $1.3 million settlement.
