Axed Fox Host Says New Sex Harassment Claims Are False

Law360 (November 16, 2020, 8:31 PM EST) -- Ousted Fox News host Ed Henry is battling to cull claims he sexually harassed and abused several female subordinates from a former producer's lawsuit accusing him of raping her, with his legal team arguing Monday that those allegations are "wholly irrelevant and unsupported."

Catherine Foti, an attorney for the disgraced media personality, pressed the New York federal judge handling the litigation to give Henry a chance to jettison several components of the updated complaint that ex-Fox producer Jennifer Eckhart filed in her assault, harassment and retaliation case last week before Henry addresses the new charges as a whole.
