Jury Mulls Fraud Case Against Ex-MiMedx Execs For 3rd Day

Law360, New York (November 18, 2020, 6:06 PM EST) -- A Manhattan jury mulled securities fraud charges against two former MiMedx Group Inc. executives for a third day Wednesday with no verdict — asking for guidance on how to handle scraps of evidence from a three-week trial.
