Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 4:00 PM EST) -- A songwriter with $4,000 to his name is appealing the dismissal of a $400 billion copyright lawsuit against Bon Jovi, Major League Baseball and Turner Broadcasting System Inc.

In a filing Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, plaintiff Samuel Bartley Steele said he would appeal Judge Nathaniel M.
