Law360 (December 11, 2020, 11:37 PM EST) -- A Fourth Circuit panel on Friday waded into federal prosecutors' bid to revive their foreign lobbying prosecution of an ex-business partner of Michael Flynn and adviser to Donald Trump's transition team after a Virginia federal judge last year acquitted him, weighing whether enough evidence was presented at trial.
