Law360 (January 27, 2021, 2:16 PM EST) -- An Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP partner was sued Wednesday in California federal court by an architecture firm that claims she led it on about retaining its services to remodel her house only to steal its plans and have them executed by another firm.
Jennifer Tulley Architect Inc. says Jeannie Shin retained the firm to renovate her San Francisco home, a six-bedroom, four-bathroom house in Pacific Heights that according to Zillow sold for $3,200,000 in 2019. She then backed out, handed the plans Tulley had developed to another architecture firm and skipped out on Tulley's invoices.
