Citigroup Seeks To Escape 7WTC Damage Dispute

Law360, New York (November 30, 2009, 1:15 PM EST) -- Citigroup Inc. has asked a court to toss all claims against it in the protracted litigation over damage to 7 World Trade Center following the terrorist attack of Sept. 11, 2001, saying Consolidated Edison Co. of New York and its insurers have no proof it is to blame.
