Court Urged To Allow Masked Witnesses In $1M Contract Suit

Law360 (April 6, 2021, 8:25 PM EDT) -- An organization with close ties to a Chinese entrepreneur and prominent dissident has urged a New York federal court to allow witnesses to wear masks in its upcoming $1 million trial against a political intelligence consulting firm, saying the precaution is understandable during the COVID-19 pandemic.
