Law360, New York (December 4, 2009, 6:57 PM EST) -- Two former Solvay Pharmaceuticals Inc. sales representatives have lost their bid to overturn the dismissal of their qui tam suit accusing the drugmaker of engaging in an off-label marketing campaign to increase sales of its THC compound.
