5th Circ. Reverses Class Cert. In Insurance Suit

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 5:00 PM EST) -- Title insurance underwriter Stewart Title Guaranty Co. has dodged part of a lawsuit alleging it violated the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act in selling policies to consumers, following an appeals court's reversal of a class certification order on the federal law claims.
