Dish Cues Up Another Albright Transfer Fight At Fed. Circ.

By Andrew Karpan (June 1, 2021, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Dish has asked the Federal Circuit to reverse U.S. District Judge Alan Albright's decision to keep a patent-holding company's infringement case against it in his courtroom, arguing that the ruling was partly based on the "implausible" premise that the increasingly busy Texas judge would be able to keep up with his steadily packed patent schedule.
