Weighing competing bids to locate the MDL in Illinois or Minnesota being pushed by groups of plaintiff farmers and the agricultural suppliers' preference for Missouri, the panel said that while any of the proposed locales "could handle this litigation ably," Eastern Missouri is the appropriate venue for the farmers' claims.
