Dan Rather Fails To Bring Back $70M CBS Suit

Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 4:50 PM EST) -- New York's highest court on Tuesday rejected Dan Rather's bid to revive his $70 million breach of contract case against CBS Corp., which alleged he was made a scapegoat to appease an angry White House following a controversial report about then-President George W. Bush's time in the Texas Air National Guard.
