2nd Circ. Revives Digital Music Suit Hit By Twombly

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 5:48 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has revived an antitrust case in which several companies, including Bertelsmann Inc., Capitol Records Inc., Sony BMG Music Entertainment and Time Warner Inc., stood accused of fixing prices for digital music, in a decision that may clarify the scope of pleading standards articulated in a recent Supreme Court ruling.
