An Eye On The US Jobs Bill

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 12:12 PM EST) -- On Thursday, March 4, 2010, the U.S. House of Representatives approved the “Hiring Incentive to Restore Employment Act,” more commonly known as the Jobs Bill.

Though the Senate originally passed the bill two weeks ago, since the House modified the bill, it must now return to the Senate for final approval before President Barack Obama can sign it into law. The Senate is expected to take up the bill next week.
