By James Mills ( February 7, 2023, 4:53 PM EST) -- The DiNardo Law Firm asked a federal judge on Tuesday to toss a $6.3 million suit against it, arguing that the suit is wrongly attempting to recoup losses from a 9-year-old settlement with disgraced Girardi Keese attorney Thomas Girardi and his partner Robert Finnerty, who allegedly sent two checks totaling $6.3 million to DiNardo. The New York-based firm added that a nearly identical suit was previously dismissed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County....
